Once built, tested, and handed over, it is your business asset — the scripts, the workflows, the integrations. Your only ongoing costs are the underlying platform subscriptions you use (such as your CRM, Twilio for telephony, or your ad platforms), which typically run $50–$150/month depending on volume. Optional performance optimization support is available separately for clients who want ongoing refinement, but it is never required to maintain the system's operation.
To guarantee 20 qualified appointments within 60 days, we recommend an active paid traffic budget of $2,000–$5,000 per month directed at your target market. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, ACH bank transfer, and wire transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, compliant payment infrastructure in accordance with applicable U.S. financial regulations. Payment is collected at the time of contract signing, prior to the start of your system buildout. No recurring or automatic billing is applied without explicit written consent. A detailed invoice and service agreement is provided for every engagement, clearly specifying the scope, timeline, and guarantee terms.
